Nude Females Near Industrial Commission Agency Meeting
Apparently the Ohio Industrial Commission held a meeting for hearing officers at Maumee State Park in September, 2013. As attorneys in private practice can attend those meetings, some fun attorney decided to hold a “get together” with females at one of the cabins.
The Best Lawyers, Doctors and Hospitals in Ohio
I recently took a couple of trips. It amazed me that every town had one of the top 100 hospitals in the nation. There must be at least a thousand top 100 hospitals. This might make sense to a mathematician.

I find this case and those like it troubling. Fisher a twenty year employee at the Catholic “Gates of Heaven” cemetery was fired by the Church.

Smith suffered a profound injury to his brain in an industrial accident leaving him in a vegetative state. In other words he just lies there. He does not talk, respond or otherwise show any signs of normal life.

If your teenager gets a job while going to school, or for summer vacation, and is killed on the job, $5,500 is the benefit in Ohio.
What Is the Difference Between a “lawyer” and An “attorney.” a Trivia Question.
Most lawyers do not know the answer to the question. Lawyer is the occupation, ie “I am a lawyer,” while at attorney is a lawyer representing a party, ie, “I am the attorney for X.”
The Ohio Supreme Court Loves Insurance Companies, or Is an Insurance Company as A Neighbor, Good or Bad?
The Court in a 4 concurring, 1 concurring on one issue, and 2 dissents gave insurance companies a victory out of the jaws of defeat. Cullen v. State Farm Automobile Insurance Company, 137 Ohio St.3d 373, 3013-Ohio-4733.
